Q Ragsdale received a National Performance Network (NPN) Creation Fund Award from NPN, The South Dallas Cultural Center and DiverseWorks to adapt the bull-jean stories.
Q’s the bull jean stories will be a multi-media performance that includes interviews with multi-generational bull-jeans. It will incorporate both a live performance and an online televised performance, giving it a life beyond its two performance venues.
The work will premiere at the South Dallas Cultural Center 10/15 – 10/17 2010.
The DiverseWorks show TBA.

I will be a new Multicultural Faculty Member in DePaul University’s Theatre School next year!!!
This is a one to two year position held by an artist to help the Theatre School manifest it’s diversity mission.
The amazing Coya Paz was in the position for the last two years. Stepping into all the excellent work that Coya has done is a Blessing/the staff and faculty are incredible/the students are off da chain/I get to work closely with Dexter Zollicoffer/and lawd I do LOVE Chicago…..I’m very proud and excited bout this.
