Bridgforth will facilitate a dialogue between L.A. based artists that identity as activists and the Scripps community of students and professors that identify as scholar/artists and activists. The conversation will be grounded principles of the theatrical jazz aesthetic: art and life are not separate; art is a vechile for social change; art is a form of spiritual revolution; the magic of creation is invoked through the art of Being Present.
