Renita is an amazing writer/performer! We first worked together in 1998 when she performed in my piece titled blood pudding which theatre legend Laurie Carlos directed. Renita also made a cameo in The love conjure/blues Text Installation film. Renita will be featured in Curve Magazine as a Lesbian Theatre Artist to Know (November 2007).
